Hi, I’m Nolan
Registered nurse and Holistic Practitioner, here to help you feel energized in your body again.
I was born and raised in Florida and live only a few hours away from where I grew up - a place I still visit frequently to visit family. I love kitchen dance parties with my daughter, finding new hikes and trails to walk, and sitting in the sun no matter the time of year. I’m a huge advocate for preventative health and passionate about sustainable wellness.
At a young age I knew I wanted to be a nurse — my preschool teachers called me “Nurse Nolan” after being a helper with a fellow classmate who required a feeding tube. I wanted to make a positive difference in people’s lives.
With nursing being my ultimate goal, I was pulled toward art and art history during college, where I graduated with a Bachelors in Fine Arts. I’m always very grateful for that experience as I was able to travel the world, intern at galleries, and meet some incredible people I still keep in touch with. After a few years working at local coffee shops, surf shops, galleries, and teaching yoga (certified in 2014), I decided it was time to go back to school to finally become a nurse. It was the best yet most challenging time in my life, but it got me to where I am today.
Having experience in trauma, post-op, surgical, and outpatient settings, it became apparent that I wasn’t helping people get better, I was part of a system that put band-aids on chronic issues.
In 2024, I enrolled in the Integrative Metabolic Wellness Academy. I knew nothing would change if I didn’t do something about it.
My goal is to make holistic wellness feel achievable for everyone. I want to bring clarity to the practices that truly move the needle toward better health—and gently cut through the noise of what distracts us. Health doesn’t have to be complicated. Becoming the healthiest, most vibrant version of yourself doesn’t require doing everything; it comes from mastering the foundations. That’s exactly what I teach.
My role as a practitioner isn’t to “fix” or heal you. It’s to create a safe, supportive space that allows your body to do what it’s designed to do—heal itself. The deeper I’ve gone into education and practice, the clearer it’s become that there’s rarely a single, flashy root-cause behind most health challenges. More often, dysfunction grows from chronic stress, a lack of safety, disconnection from purpose, and weakened relationships—with ourselves and with others.
Your body is not broken. It isn’t designed for constant illness—it’s designed to be resilient, adaptive, and vibrant. With the right support and a return to the basics, health, energy, and joy are possible. We’ll work together to get you there.
